Husband. Father. Recruiting firm owner. I founded Bullock and Company out of a vision to transform and elevate the recruiting industry in Japan, one relationship at a time, until truly specialized, client-focused search is the norm. Reconoclast is another extension of that vision.

I love spending time with my wife and daughters, surfing and snowboarding, CrossFit, college sports, cigars, and anything to do with tropical islands. Being from a small town outside Portland, Oregon, I read as much as possible, and I drink way more coffee than I should.
